The Truth About Jesus' Resurrection and
Other Spiritual Truths Clearly Explained

Many other spiritual truths are explained (see the navigation bar) by allowing the Bible to interpret its own terms. What do I mean by that? Here is an example:

The word "heart" in the phrase "heart of the earth" is translated from the Greek word "kardia." Concordances (written many centuries after the Bible) will tell you that kardia can mean:

1. the physical organ that pumps blood
2. the mind, the will etc
3. the center of something.

However, look at all 160 uses of kardia and you will see that, in context, it is never used in the sense of the center of anything. Tradition and Bible dictionaries and concordances (written according to tradition) have told us it means that in Matt 12:40. However, the Bible never uses the word kardia that way. Interestingly, it also is never used with the meaning of the physical heart.

By allowing the Bible to define its own terms we gain a much better understanding of its truths. This site does that in several important areas. You can understand Bible truth like you never have before.
